A romantic drama telling the tale of two lovers, Sakhi(Madhavan) who is from is a family which is very traditional and Priya(Sadha) who is from a cosmopolitan and very outgoing family.

Sridhar and Preeti meet in Mumbai and develop a liking for each other but part ways without exchanging any information. However, they start searching for each other in Chennai.
