An aspiring music director, trying to realize his dream for over eight years, sacrifices his love for his ambition, but faces a tricky situation when his brother’s health deteriorates and his family is at risk financially.

Rangan, an unemployed man, follows stringent principles which make it difficult for him to cope with the corrupt world around him. Resultantly, he struggles to land a job and lives in poverty.

Sathya (Kamal Hassan) is a young man who wants to make a difference and ends up becoming a henchman to a political leader who has his own agenda.
